This is a private offering of the company’s common stock prior to our public offering in the future. These funds will be used to design and build a community development featuring our home designs. This initial investment will allow consumers to experience our product first-hand.
The shares you will acquire are restricted shares. In the future when the company actively goes public, you will be able to lift the restriction and add them to your stock trading account. This process will take at least one year from the time you purchase these shares.
We are raising capital through a debt instrument called a convertible note. Details on the note will be forthcoming. These shares will have the ability to convert into Preferred shares of the Public Company at the investor’s discretion. These are available to Accredited Investors only.
Our goal is to take the company public within the next 5 to 7 years. However, this timeline is subject to various factors, including market conditions and other external influences. As a result, we cannot provide a specific date at this time, but we remain committed to achieving this milestone as part of our long-term growth strategy.
We’re still in the early stages of planning, so the ticker symbol hasn’t been determined yet. It’s something we’ll decide and share closer to the time we go public.
As a private company, our ability to accept investments is regulated by the SEC and FINRA, which limits how we can involve non-accredited investors. For non-accredited investors, we offer opportunities to earn a competitive interest rate for the use of your funds.
A simple process.
“If you are an Accredited Investor, this is the minimum investment amount we have established. While we are open to smaller contributions at this stage, our immediate focus is raising the first $1 million to initiate the critical developmental processes for the pilot community. Overall, we aim to secure $5 million to complete Phase 1 of the project, with Phase 2 requiring additional capital for full implementation.
