We sell architectural plans, engineering drawings, pre-construction services, and optional materials packages. We’re not a traditional home builder; instead, we streamline the process online and connect you with our network of trusted builders to bring your home to life.

How does the process work to get an Everywhere home?

Our process is designed to be simple and online-focused:

  • Browse and select a home model on our site.
  • Purchase plans and services (including engineering for code compliance).
  • Use our platform to manage planning, land feasibility, permitting, and builder selection.
  • We prep your project for permits with rigorous structural and code checks.
  • Your chosen builder (from our network or one we help find) handles construction.
  • Optional: Hire us for extra support like land assistance or build oversight.
    The goal is to make building a high-quality home faster and more accessible than traditional methods.

How much does an Everywhere home cost?

Costs vary based on model, location, lot specifics, builder rates, and options. Plans and pre-construction services are bundled affordably (often saving money vs. custom architecture). Materials packages (if chosen) and total build costs depend on factors like site preparation and local labor. Expect the completed home cost to be determined after permitting. If you create an account, you can see some estimated cost for each home. 

How long does it take to build an Everywhere home?

Once you have your build permit approved:

  • On-site builds typically take 6-8 months, unless you’re in a high elevation area or off-grid.
  • Factory-built options like the Perch or other Everywhere X modular projects take 2-4 months, plus delivery and setup time.
    The pre-permit phase (plans, engineering, approvals) varies by location but is streamlined with our services.

Do you have builders in my area?

We have an exclusive network of partnered builders across many counties. If we don’t have one in your area yet, we’ll help you find and vet a qualified local builder. Our platform and pre-construction prep make it easy for any capable builder to construct our designs efficiently.

Can I build an Everywhere home on my land? What about permits?

Yes! Our designs are suited for rural and nature-connected lots. We offer a feasibility service to assess your land’s suitability (soil, zoning, utilities, etc.). Our engineering ensures plans meet structural and code requirements, speeding up permitting. Building regulations vary by location, so early feasibility checks are recommended.

Are Everywhere homes customizable?

Our standard models are pre-designed for efficiency and affordability, with limited customization to maintain scalability. For fully custom designs, explore our custom homes options. We also offer finish choices and add-ons to personalize your space. We have a standard catalog of products and materials that match our online renderings on the website, or we also have a premium catalog available upon request. 

What’s the difference between factory-built and on-site construction?

Factory-built homes (smaller ADU models) are constructed in a controlled environment for faster timelines and quality control, then delivered to your site. On-site builds are built directly on your lot. Both options prioritize simplicity and sustainability.

What materials do you use, and are your homes healthy and sustainable?

We prioritize non-toxic, healthy materials free from carcinogens and harmful chemicals. Our commitment includes auditing our supply chain for safety (inspired by broader health initiatives). Homes are designed to be energy-efficient, eco-friendly, and built with scalable, green systems.

Can Everywhere homes be used for full-time living or off-grid?

Absolutely—many of our designs support full-time, legal living where local regulations allow. They’re ideal for rural, adventurous lifestyles with options for off-grid features (solar, water systems, etc., depending on model and add-ons).

What financing options are available?

We don’t provide direct financing at this time, but our homes qualify for many standard construction loans, mortgages, or prefab-specific lenders. Our pre-engineered plans often make financing easier. 

What kind of support do you provide during the project?
