How does the process work?

Our process is intentionally structured and largely online:

1. Explore homes and create an account

2. Select a home and enter the Everywhere system through plans and pre-construction services

3. Complete engineering and site-specific preparation for permitting

4. Work with a qualified builder to construct the home

5. Build with clarity, documentation, and system support

Optional services are available depending on project needs, location, and complexity.

How much does an Everywhere home cost?

Total project cost varies based on:

Our plans and pre-construction services are designed to replace traditional custom architecture, often reducing upfront cost and uncertainty.

Do you have builders in my area?

If a builder is not already established in your area, we can help identify and align a local builder with the Everywhere system.

Builders are vetted for system compatibility—not just availability.

Can I build an Everywhere home on my land?

Yes.

Our homes are designed for rural, nature-connected, and non-urban environments.

Are Everywhere homes customizable?

Yes—nearly every Everywhere home is customized.

Customization is guided within a design system, allowing flexibility while preserving coherence, performance, and buildability.

Clients choose within defined design parameters rather than starting from a blank page. This approach balances individuality with clarity and efficiency.

What’s the difference between factory-built and on-site construction?

Factory-built homes (smaller ADU models) are constructed in a controlled environment for faster timelines and quality control, then delivered to your site. On-site builds are built directly on your lot. Both options prioritize simplicity and sustainability.

What materials do you use?

Materials are selected to align with:

• performance goals

• construction sequencing

They are not chosen solely for lowest cost.

While materials packages are optional at this stage, they are designed to reduce risk, preserve quality, and simplify execution for both clients and builders.

Can Everywhere homes be used for full-time living or off-grid?

Yes, where local regulations allow.

Many of our homes are designed for full-time living and support off-grid or semi-off-grid systems depending on location, model, and configuration.

What financing options are available?

We do not offer direct financing.

However, our engineered plans are compatible with many standard construction loans, mortgages, and prefab-specific lenders.
